Episode 32 – Food Fable: Cranberries

Plated Earth Food Fables are original short historical fiction stories about produce and its ability to connect people, culture, and history. This Food Fable tells the story of a young boy working on a cranberry farm with his grandfather. Each night leading up to Thanksgiving, after harvesting and selling the cranberries at the local farmers markets, the boy listens his grandfather’s retelling of an ancient Native American legend on how cranberries came to be on earth.
