He was then accepted directly from medical school into a highly competitive combined Plastic Surgery residency at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York, a program with a long tradition of training leaders in the field of Plastic Surgery. Following his residency, Dr. Waltzman decided to pursue additional subspecialty training by completing an advanced Aesthetic Surgery fellowship at the internationally renowned Cleveland Clinic Dr. Waltzman is active in influential research within the field of Plastic Surgery.
