In Episode 32 Bronwyn Kelly reads Chapter 8 Part 4 of her book, The People's Constitution: the path to empowerment of Australians in a 21st century democracy. She discusses the third of four essential changes to the Constitution - the need to limit the powers of the prime minister in relation to decisions on war. The suggestion is that this power should be shared with the people through the parliaments they elect. There should be a clear demonstration that any decision to engage in war is in the national interest as defined by the people in their Constitution. This is a public episode.
