This episode we are discussing Lyme disease , my guest is Kellie Koedel . She had been perfectly fit and healthy until her body started attacking itself starting with a bad back had no idea what was causing it , she had a back surgery and she then had a lot of gastro intestinal problems - worms , gas, mould toxicity , heavy metal toxicity , food allergies , bloating , haemorrhoids etc and she felt embarrassed to even admit these were affecting her mental health . 👉 Kellie tells us she had lyme disease which impacted her mental health for a decade 👉How she went about feeling frustrated with her medical condition not knowing there were ways she could fix these herself . 👉she also shared how some anti -depressants she was placed on affected her . 👉 She shared how she resolved to fix her issues through diet by avoiding the foods that were toxic to her body and going on organic food 👉she also talked about the symptoms associated with lyme disease that are often overlooked 👉 Kellie revealed some of the ways our bodies gets contaminated with toxins 👉 Kellie spoke about how she had been extremely depressed and contemplated taking her own life but she is now so happy feeling positive about living and about her life.
