Episode 32: You Have Been Bought

(1 Corinth 6:19-20) The moment you receive Jesus Christ into your heart, God gives His Holy Spirit to you to live in you. Your body becomes the home of God's Holy Spirit. Your body becomes a sacred place, a holy place that homes the Holy Spirit. Which means you can no longer live the way you please because God bought you with a high price as the Bible says - “You were bought with a price [you were actually purchased with the precious blood of Jesus and made His own]. So then, honor and glorify God with your body.” ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭6:20‬ ‭AMP‬‬ I love the way TPT states it- “You were God’s expensive purchase, paid for with tears of blood, so by all means, then, use your body to bring glory to God!” ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭6:20‬ ‭TPT‬‬ Remember this truth and be intentional to honour and glorify God with your body. ‭‭ Why not declare these words to yourself with excitement and determination? The Holy Spirit is gift from God to me. The Holy Spirit lives in me, and because the Holy Spirit lives in me, my body is His home. I make God happy and proud with my body.My body is the home of the Holy Spirit and I use it to make God proud, in Jesus’ name, amen . Halleluyah!
