Episode 320 - The Passion of Our Lord, Our Salvation is at hand

Isn’t it incredible to find the suffering servant story in Isaiah 50, hundreds of years before it happens? Isn’t it amazing to find still hundreds of years before Psalm 22 by King David telling the very story about what happened to Jesus hundreds of years later? The amazingness of the Bible is that the word of God is a story that gets written in the history of the world, it gets written in your life and in my life. We are sons and daughters of the Greatest King, the Lord of lords, the King of kings. Our belief in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is our Salvation. Today we recount Jesus’s torture and death. Our Salvation is the empty tomb.
