Mindsets are formed out of experiences, tragedy, trauma, life, etc. When people don't deal with the unresolved pain, the pain plagues their lives, because mindsets are formed from that pain. Our mindsets rule and governs our lives and if it's not healthy it will show in our choices and decisions and the monsters we create in our lives.
