After many years as Chef de Cuisine at Union Square Cafe, Amanda recently took on the new role of Executive Chef at Daily Provisions, a neighborhood coffee shop, bakery and sandwich shop concept in NYC. Liz also spent many years in Union Square Cafe’s kitchen and currently oversees all foraging and purchasing for the restaurant.
