Episode 326. Larissa Anderson. Burnout - A Woman’s Perspective.

from The Outback Mind Podcast · host Support6h

Motherhood is more than a juggling act.  Larissa Anderson was once a young lady that pushed herself to her limits. A high achiever at an early age, she began coaching others in her teens before reaching her goal of playing Basketball at its highest level in Australia. She later had children and began to understand the challenges of being a Mum, working, and continuing to play and coach on the National stage.  Larissa later reached her dream of helping coach an Australian team before she realised she could no longer find balance and combine the two, eventually giving her dream away.  In this episode Larissa shares her story of sacrifice, the spiral to burnout and what led her to find her passion in developing The True You Project to help others live the life they are truly here for.  We are sure you will enjoy this conversation.
