Tigra discusses the return of Midnight Man with Mr Knight, at Tigra's apartment, alongside her son William. Mr. Knight appears disinterested in Midnight Man's escapades much to Tigra's surprise, and so she takes it upon herself to hunt him down, but not before a viewing of the Goonies on VHS. Touching base with Detective Flint and Hawkeye, Tigra manages to track down a common thread between the robberies and a grisly event that occurred to the victims' parents…all slain by what appears to be a wild animal. Tigra ponders Marc's nonchalance at capturing his old nemesis, and it's not long before Tigra leaps in for the kill, after staking out the Midnight Man at his final target. Shockingly, the Midnight Man is revealed as Marc himself, and he explains to Tigra, the financial need to rob from the rich and criminal. Tigra is hurt at having been lied to by Marc, after all they have been through and so she leaves him at the rooftop, with Marc himself aware of the cruelty he's inflicted on yet another person he cares about. Later on, Marc returns to Tigra's apartment, sans mask, in a symbol of wanting to be closer with Tigra and wanting to be genuine with her.
