Before becoming a holistic practitioner, I was a teacher inthe public schools for 15 years; taught 3rd, 4th, and kinder. I have always been interested inpreventative wellness. My bachelor’s degree is in Health Science Education/CommunityEducation Minor. As an educator and mother, I saw the need for energetic healing and self-awareness. In 2017 I began to take Energy healing classes at EPCC. This led me to take a Reikiclass. As a result, I noticed a difference in myself and my daughter's confidence and well-being. During this time, I began to practice meditation and take self-awareness classes withmy Master Reiki Teacher Suki Devi. I loved the benefits that I continued to pursue my MasterReiki certification.
