Episode 33: Cultivating Gratitude

from Meditation Magick Podcast · host Brad

Hello, world! In this episode, I have for you a gratitude meditation practice. I think the process of cultivating and reflecting on moments of gratitude is a great way to develop a more positive sense of well-being. In this meditation, you will be guided through the process of recalling 5 different moments/instances of gratitude. They can be from today, the week, the year, whenever. I’m going to ask that you include as much detail as you can in order to create an even stronger sensation of gratitude. Afterward, you’ll be asked to release that energy into the universe, sending out those positive vibes. Thank you to those who take the time to listen to his podcast! I appreciate you and am truly grateful. You can e-mail me at [email protected] or contact me through my blog/IG with your comments, questions, or even ideas/requests for meditations and chats that you would like to hear. I always love to hear from you! Stay safe and stay well!
