Hazel is an ex-boxing and kickboxing champion, cognitive hypnotherapist as well as the author of the book, "The Mind Monster Solution". I came across Hazel's work from another Instagram account and once I read the description of the book, I knew I needed to read it. The book is fantastic and has really help me realize the monsters and the stories I was telling myself internally. Pick up a copy of the book yourself, I highly recommend it.
