In this episode, we interview Brian Verrier who is the CEO of Ossio Ltd. Brian shares lessons learned in his career. He has spent the last 28 years in med-tech, most recently serving as the President of Covidien/Medtronic $1.2B Peripheral Vascular Business. During Brian's tenure at Covidien, the Peripheral Vascular Business grew from $350M to $1.2B through a series of acquisitions and a focused organic portfolio development strategy. Prior to Covidien, Brian spent 14 years in sales and marketing at Medtronic, serving as VP of Sales for the Coronary Business from 2005 – 2010. Over the course of his career, Brian has led the launch of several disruptive medical technologies and substantive M&A transactions.  Under his operating leadership, Brian has a reputation of developing aggressive growth strategies, strong operational discipline, building world-class teams, and exceptional customer focus.
