What happens to our organisational cultures when so many people are now working remotely? Workplaces are the shared experiences of people at work, so what happens to the organisational identity with such a shift in culture? These are the questions Dr Andrew Marcinko helps Amrit explore as we question how work cultures adapt to a new world of work. Leaders need to be aware of the Social Identity Theory and consider what impact hybrid or remote working has on their organisation and steps they can take to maintain their culture or adapt it to the new world of work.
