At 67 years of age Padraig Howley, or Sing and Step With Padraig as you may know him from Instagram, turned vegan for health reasons and hasn’t looked back since. He went from the typical Irish diet of a fry for breakfast and a dinner of meat spuds and veg to trying dishes that he couldn’t even name. With the help of his lovely daughter Tara, he has been cheering up the country and every Irish person abroad through his lilting, dancing and overall good craic. He has won the hearts of so many people with a massive 79k followers on Instagram and growing.
