Among our weaponry for all-round victory is the Sword of the Spirit, which is the WORD OF GOD! The Word of God is the power of God unto salvation, it is the Sword of the Spirit which has a double edge. It pierces and divides the soul asunder. It is to be used offensively in combating the enemy. The Word can be used to destroy evil strongholds erected in our minds. Jesus our Lord employed the weapon of the Word to gain an all-round victory over the tempter, Satan the devil. How then do we think we can win the battles confronting us without the weapon of the word?
