Episode 33 - With Self Respect Comes Self Love You Putting Youself First No Matter What

from With Self Respect Comes Self Love · host Goddess Asha Mariama

In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing why you should never lower yourself, allow people to disrespect you, or put yourself last just to make everybody else happy. It’s time for you to be able to put yourself first, and still be able to help people without dimming your light, disrespecting yourself, and allowing people to treat and do you any type of way. It’s time to stop allowing people to dim your lights. People keeping you from being successful. Being ashamed for doing the right thing even if a lot of people call you square, or goody two shoes. it’s OK to do the right thing. It’s OK not to be accepted by society when it comes and not being a part of society standards. And it’s OK to just be you. It’s OK to do things that other people may find embarrassing, or strange, because it ain’t meant for them to understand. Your happiness, and love self should be within you, and not based on everybody else. So I hope this podcast episode gives you just as much inspiration as it gave me when I was going through my recovery and healing process that I’m currently still on.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/with-self-respect-comes-self-love--5161847/support.
