Part One of the series will find the boys watching and then discussing Ray Harryhausen's first studio motion picture, "Mighty Joe Young" (1949), in which he remains uncredited for his work as a stop-motion animation technician, working under original "King Kong" (1933) animator Willis O'Brien. "It Came from Beneath the Sea" (1955) marks Harryhausen's first credited major motion picture, taking on the stop-motion effects after hearing a pitch from Columbia Pictures Producer Charles H.
