Episode 34: Hellboy (2004) and (2019)

Firstly, let it be known that this one was delayed so that Jacob could fix his audio to the best of his ability as his microphone broke down on him (and in the middle of a quarantine, no less). There is an echo as well later on in the episode but it fades after some time, apologies for the inconvenience. All that aside, the boys are tackling a more recent movie, one that came out just last year in fact, and comparing it to the first theatrical interpretation of the Hellboy source material done by Guillermo del Toro no less. Is the new adaptation more faithful to the original source material? No idea, neither of our hosts have read the comics!
