Do Corporate Treasurers have to take Legal implications into account? How is that cash being transferred managed from a "Financial reporting and Statement" point of view?To answer those questions, we tackle intercompany movements, loans and overall accounting writings. Cash pooling structures can also have other limitations (currency, banks, local regulations etc). And on top of that, setting up a Cash Pool takes some effort to implement. Two options are available when you want to do so: - Implement the Cash Pool internally (via your teams and own systems)- Implement the Cash Pool via a Bank (with an optimised amount of bank accounts, and ideally within one single bank)Finally, we raise the question about Bank Connectivity requirements and how to get the cash pool running?
