Episode 34: 'Reds Dribble While Rome Burns'
from Pass & Move The Liverpool FC Podcast Hosted by Pass & Move The Liverpool FC Podcast
This week Nasher is HOME ALONE skippering the good ship 'Anfield South' through unchartered waters, having been deserted by his motley crew. Apparently Mark is trapped in [a] Bath and Moose has only gone and remembered that it's his son's birthday. Those two are on the ball aren't they? Melts. Next week we'll all be livin' on the edge as Nasher lets them attempt to change a lightbulb... Our guests this week are LFC LEGEND JIMMY CASE and Liverpudlian troubadour, Tony Steele. Jimmy discusses Liverpool's second leg showing in Rome, while Tony - who went to the game - tells us about what it was actually like to be a Liverpool fan in Rome that day. Music this week comes from Chris Mullin and The Sums who play us 'Small Smile' before Chris plays us one of his own, 'Just want you to know'. Base player and songwriter, Chris, talks to Nasher about what the band have been up to, playing in Japan with Hurricane #1 and remembers guitarist, Lee Watson, who sadly passed away in 2016. If that wasn't enough, we've got MOOSE on the blower reviewing the Roma game, Mark talking CHELSEA and a round-up of what's been going on over the past SEVEN DAYS at the club.
