Having played for Spurs as a schoolboy at 14 years old, the budding footballer had to carve out a path elsewhere with spells at Millwall and Nottingham Forest before joining us in the inaugural Premier League season in 1992/93. Opening his account on his home debut in a 2-0 win over Sheffield United under the lights at the Lane - our first win in the division - the mercurial talent and clinical finisher went on to be a hero to a generation of fans over his two spells with the Club and ended his career with an impressive 146 Premier League goals.
