It’s my pleasure to share a conversation and meditation teaching for World Meditation Day, May 21st. My special guest is Nubtrul Tenpei Nyima Rinpoche, Nuptul Rinpoche, from Nepal. In this episode, Nuptul Rinpoche shares the practical benefits of meditation and tips to establish a meditation practice that you can maintain. Nuptul Rinpoche has received many Buddhist teachings, and by the age of 19, he had completed the 3 years 3-month solitary retreat at Sangchen Rabten Norbuling monastery, also known as Serang Monastery. Nuptul Rinpoche has completed further studies in the United States, including religious studies, psychology and Tibetan Medicine.
