Episode 34: Your Divine Essence

What a beautiful meditation we have for you this week. So many times through life we beat up on ourselves for mistakes we have made or things we have done. We seem to lose site of who we really are. We take on the beliefs of others who have called us names, labeled us or categorized us in some way, placing judgement upon us. Then we begin to do this to ourselves and actually believe it!Today we remove the blocks, anything from hindering us and uncover our divinity, our divine essence. I ask you to take this journey with me and feel, see and know who you really are.
