Rome discusses immigrating to the US from Chechnya and always being a sick kid growing up. He started a journey of seeking out holistic and alternative methods of improving his health through supplements, diet, and lifestyle changes. He shares information on his supplement company, learning from the world-renowned movement coach, Ido Portal, and going on excursions with "The Iceman" Wim Hof.
