Hello, friends! You know that moment when you stepped into a Grab and you begin to wonder on how they’ve started their job as, and how their life is, and what do they do on their free time, their hobbies, and et cetera. If you’re into all that, well here’s one for you. Meet my uncle Francis, who is a Grab driver for three years temporarily taking his time-off from architecture. Whilst doing so, he has met and heard many stories both good and bad, and stories of what makes Francis, Francis. :D So, grab your beer (or if you’re like me in the video, I drank Iced Lemon Tea & recuperating after a heavy night out prior to the recording day haha TMI), come hang out with us as we dive into his life on-and-off from his car as a Grab driver. Watch more on YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts. - My parents taught me to save up and work hard - I have more time to myself. - 9AM after breakfast is the time I “clock-in” - I don’t do night shifts anymore. - Mid-month is “semun” - I had a crate of Tsingtao and Nasi Briyani as my tips! - I get to talk and analyze people’s stories with different background. - I hate taking fares around town - “Aku nunggu customer mabuk, pok” - Kuching is a car-centric city.  - I hope that they could hike up the incentives.  - I can foresee that “this” is temporary. - To tell you the truth, I didn’t think I can be a father! - Once I reach home and see my kid, all problems disappear. - The transition from guitar to bass, it’s interesting. - Bass guitarist is the backbone of the band. - Now, I’m a bassist for Kolbenfaust  - Crash cymbals pecah, drumstick ber-selotape, fret guitar jauh dari strings.. - Favourite pedal, the black Metalzone pedal. - I have a mini-studio in my room.  - All music scene in Kuching is good. - I listen to Elvis Presley, Creedence Clearwater Revival early in the morning. Sometimes, Decapitated. Seven Dust.  - My wife was like; “Why are you listening to this?” “Well, this is art!” - After a long day of work? 311, Tool.  - I want to spend time with the family, that’s my goal. - Toyota Celica TA22; now in front of the house. - Koenigsegg would be my dream car. If I’m rich? A yatch. - Be professional, be human.
