Episode 35 - MIGHTY Toy Box Magic

Toys For Games welcomes the start of September, as Josh and Jason are back for Episode 35! This week they aren't alone, however, as they brought on a special guest to help celebrate the launch of Disney Infinity 3.0! Straight from the Toy Box Summit, and in-between shifts at the popcorn stand in the El Capitan Theatre, it's Mighty Gitis aka Lauren (@MightyLauren)! As an in-game character, a Disney Infinity celebrity and master of the Toy Box, Lauren brought with her lots of stories from the Toy Box Summit and tons of insightful wisdom regarding every aspect of the game. The trio also got to answer several DI-specific emails as well, many of which were directed to Mighty Gitis herself! Don't worry, Skylanders SuperChargers, LEGO Dimensions and of course, amiibo, are talked about as well! Despite it being Disney Infinity 3.0 launch week, the other toys-to-life franchises haven't steered completely clear of Mickey Mouse and gang. LEGO Dimensions revealed the Midway Arcade Level Pack, Skylanders are looking BEAUTIFUL, and Shovel Knight is kicking down the amiibo door.
