Episode 35: Raggedy Ann

Summer Short 5 - "Raggedy Ann"I knew when I chose to bring along a handmade Raggedy Ann doll from the 1940s to my remote recording session that it was going to be selected by a visitor for a podcast episode.  The character is probably one of the most enduring figures in American Pop Culture, and the fact that, unlike most toys, she can made from home, means that each version of the doll tells a story of the time period in which it was made.
