Episode 35 - Scott Davis - MD of Delta Rock, Chair of Gilks Ltd & CEO of The Ethikos Group

It was an absolute pleasure to sit down with Scott Davis this week, who has come a long way since we met at school many years ago. I love speaking to and spending time with others who are passionate about leadership. Scott Davis began his career as an apprentice electrician at British Steel before migrating into automated systems and working for himself.  In 2017 Scott and his wife Gail started The Ethikos Group Ltd as a vehicle to acquire engineering businesses with the mission to change what it means to be an engineer in the UK, often a very overlooked path to success.  As Group Chief Executive Officer of The Ethikos Group Ltd Scott has led the group through two acquisitions, the first was Delta Rock Group in March 2017, an electrical and controls business in Deeside.  The next was in December 2019 the M&E building services business Gilks (Nantwich) Ltd.  Scott has a voracious appetite for reading and is passionate about creating leaders across his businesses and giving them the autonomy and support to succeed in their careers and business objectives.
