Episode 35 - Stargate
from FaveFilm Podcast
It's time to take a trip to deep space, movie lovers! In this episode, we take a look at the mid-90s sci-fi schlock-fest, Stargate. Richard thinks this movie is too good for our "Summer Camp" series (Leasha disagrees), but we both agree it's a good guilty pleasure time travel adventure. Take a walk with us through the Stargate as we discuss Jackson's passion for ancient cultures, O'Neil's no-nonsense leadership, the military goons, the language barriers, Ra's fierceness, and the problems with Jackson's future on a rudimentary planet. Grab a 5th Avenue bar and tuck in!
