Episode 35 - The Belt Test Edition, Uki and Tester Responsibilities, The Blue Belt Blues, Yamazaki 12YO SM

from Rolling Rocks Radio · host Scott Barker, Jerry Armentrout, and Cody Carter

On this week's episode the guys celebrate the recent belt test and Scott and Cody being promoted to Blue Belt and Episode 27 Special Guest Matt Skretta being promoted to Brown Belt! The Rolling Rocks Radio team also discusses what it's like to be a tester, and an Uki, and provide some tips for both to make testing a little easier (or at least know what to expect). We also discuss the "Blue Belt Blues", why we think it happens, and what we think we can do to prevent it. Finally, Scott and Jerry talk a little about the recent fights at UFC 259. As a fitting celebration for this august occasion the bottle for the show was Yamazaki 12 year single malt. Scott's talked about the Big Y a couple of times on the show, and this is the perfect time to break it out!
