With the end of 2021 fast approaching, there’s no shortage of action in the market; the RBNZ has raised the Official Cash Rate, global investors have become a bit jittery about some offshore developments and we are in various levels of lockdown around the country. Having lagged for the first half of the year, the local share market performance has been more encouraging over the third quarter and that’s been good news for investors.
