Episode 35: Theo Facinoli with Carolina Closing Gifts & Out of the Ashes

Theo Theo Facinoli, owner of Carolina Closing Gifts since 2012. Carolina Closing gifts provides ways for real estate professionals and other business owners appreciate their clients so they come back and use them again as well as refer others to them.Theo and his wife (brittany) founded Out of the Ashes 5k, following the stillbirth of their daughter, Hannah Kathleen in 2020. The non-profit organization hosts a race/walk ever October to honor families who have suffered pregnancy loss, infant loss and infertility. In addition, Out of the ashes 5k has a medical relief grant that helps to pay the medical bills associated with pregnancy loss, infant loss and infertility. In 2024, we will be launching support groups, a mentorship program, counseling partnerships and a doula hotline to further support women, couples and their families.
