This week, Doug and Justin are joined by the incredibly funny writer from SpongeBob SquarePants, Danny Giovannini! The trio talk about how Danny feels about soup, his favorite Pokemon, and the infamous story about Justin and Doug's first ever improv show. Danny then discusses how life inspires writing on SpongeBob, whether or not a fan theory about the show is correct, and the differences between writing a show for kids vs adults. Danny gives his thoughts on the state of content and streaming and what it's like working within the time constraints for a show. Things are wrapped up with a throw-down between Sandy Cheeks from SpongeBob Squarepants vs. Squirrel Girl from the Marvel universe.
