Matthew Gaikins: A senior in high school and licensed private pilot, Matthew found his passion for aviation through the Red Tail Cadet Program. He’s currently pursuing a Professional Pilot Bachelor’s degree. Fun Facts: Ellie has flown to several cool cities, including Jefferson City (where you get free ice cream), Sikeston Memorial (where hot rolls are thrown at you in Lambert’s Café), and Mexico Memorial Airport (her first international flight!). Matthew enjoys exploring caves, hiking, fishing, and reading in his spare time.
