Episode 36: El Dorado Hills

This week I am featuring El Dorado Hills, an unincorporated area in El Dorado County.  El Dorado Hills is located just east of Folsom and provides highly ranked schools, great restaurants, and recreation at Folsom Lake.Residents of El Dorado Hills benefit from its location up the hill from Sacramento, as it’s about 65 miles from Sierra At Tahoe.….. El Dorado Hills is about 30 minutes to Downtown Sacramento and 40 minutes to the Sacramento International Airport….I selected El Dorado Hills this week because only eight single family homes sold over the past week….
