Episode 36- Memories are the footprints that are left in our heart. How do we make them?

Jo talks about how reliving the memories of her mother's death allowed her heart to begin to heal.  Our own memories of a event are unique to each person. They are imprinted differently within each individuals mind. They are almost as unique as our finger prints.  How are we intentional about creating memories that will shape our children?  Do we unwittingly take photos of everything as a way of making memories and miss out and not actually feel them?
