How do you spread your philanthropic purpose and create change? What drives you to improve the planet and help humanity? For this special episode, I interview Ivan Anz, an entrepreneur with a unique approach to leveraging businesses for the good of the world. Ivan has been an entrepreneur since he was seven years old when he sold candy to his friends in Argentina. As he grew older, he continued his entrepreneurial efforts and brought his talents to the United States in 2014. Though he did not speak a word of English at the time, his intention was to develop a way to stabilize families in their own homes. This is how PhilanthroInvestors was born. Ivan's zeal to "philanthroinvest'' drove his 2014 creation of Equity & Help®, a turn-key social-impact real estate investing program. Now spanning the globe in 16 countries, Ivan's company, PhilanthroInvestors, was ranked in the Inc. 500 two years in a row. In 2019, it was 128th in the nation, rising to #83 in 2020. Also, in 2020, PhilanthroInvestors was ranked #3 in Florida after achieving a 3-year growth record of 3920%. Ivan discusses what inspired him to build his business, the impact of "philanthroinvesting," and the divine intervention that led him to move to the United States. He explains the process of becoming a PhilanthroInvestor and how he locates families to help.
