S30 grew to 27 locations across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore before entering administration and liquidation, a rise and fall that delivered hard-earned lessons in leadership, ownership and resilience. With 15 years in the fitness industry, Ret shares his journey from New Zealand to personal training in Melbourne, then building franchises in Perth through F45.
