Yes, I'm talking about the stuff you had as a kid, that you used to draw hopscotch squares on the sidewalk in front of your house, or rainbows and hearts as an inspirational message to others.Well, one day I decided to spread love and cheer using sidewalk chalk, and for some reason I thought that writing a message in a parking lot was a great idea. And it was - until I realized someone was filming me. Cue the anxiety freak out. Like, MAJOR freak out.In this episode, I share the anxiety rabbit hole I went down that particular day, and what I learned from it. It's one thing to sit with your feelings, and feel them.
