Have you ever sent a text or email similar to that? Or worse...have you received one? Getting upset and going silent is the MOST unprofessional way to handle your problems. Stop being afraid of having grown-up, adult conversations with your fellow performers. Even if it does not work out, have the conversation, communicate the issue. Who cares if you are right or wrong, get over yourself.
