Merry 4th of July Eve! Join us, in this episode, as we celebrate our freedom, this freedom day (or should I say freedom days)? Racism is such a hot, important, dominant topic today. And even though The United States of America passed The Emancipation Proclamation abolishing slavery 160 years ago, many slaves were never informed and therefore continued to live in servitude. Some for another two and a half years, believe it or not! The same is true today. Even though we are free, many continue to live in bondage to modern day slaveholders because they don't even realize that they are enslaved. That same darkness that used people to create slavery centuries ago, is trying to put us in to captivity today as well. So, while we point the finger at the slavery and slave owners of the past, let's not give a free pass to the slave owners of today, who are just as brutal, if not more, than their predecessors.
