As the daughter of a criminal defense lawyer, Elena Deutsch grew up with a birds-eye view of the practice of law. Working in her Dad’s office, she considered following in his footsteps but ultimately her professional journey led her into public health, training and coaching. In her work, Elena met one woman lawyer after another who expressed their dismay and dissatisfaction with their firm and/or the practice of law yet felt stuck and unsure of where to turn. Eventually, Elena launched a new business, WILL (Women Interested in Leaving (big) Law) was born.
