What this episode covers
Just a few months ago, Maria scheduled a late-term abortion through a pro-abortion funding group after finding out she was unexpectedly pregnant. She was sent from Texas to Kansas, but found out her pregnancy was too far advanced for a legal abortion there – so the abortion fund rerouted her to Washington DC for a late-term abortion. Just a few days before that appointment, she courageously canceled it and chose life, despite the funding group harassing her relentlessly to reschedule. Her son, Jesus, was born just a few weeks ago. Today, Maria joins Lauren for the second half of their no-holds-barred conversation about why women seek out abortion even when they don’t want it, how abortion supporters make women feel supported and cared for, and what the pro-life movement needs to do to show their true support for women and their families. Pro-life advocate Diane Powers adds her powerful testimony to the mix. You don’t want to miss this eye-opening episode!
