Improving his diet to a more consentric plant based version he noticed encredible gains in his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training and an overall health upgrade! Jay shares his journey on social media to help others adopt a more sustainable, present and mindful lifestyle! We discussed what it's like being an outgoing introvert, his passion for Bjj, transitioning to plant based, being vegan and competing in Bjj tournaments!
