Its Ryan “Diamond” Healy who is going to be taking on Marcin Held at Bellator 101 this Friday night. Ryan talked to us about what he’s been working on in the Sports Lab ahead of this fight, his evolution as a Mixed Martial Artist and the rivalry between he and his twin brother Pat that started off as sibling wars in a basement in Oregon and brought them both to where they are in the sport today.
