Zoe Smith is a British-Grenadian entrepreneur and former journalist, founder, and creator of the Exodus Collective. She is a self-described repat to Grenada and wants to make it easier for people to move to the Caribbean. "She founded the Exodus Collective as a platform to inspire people in the African Diaspora to relocate to the Caribbean and to help equip them with the knowledge the need to do so" (Travel Noire).
