Episode 37 - Richard Fadden

On this episode I welcome Dick Fadden to the show. Born and raised in the eastern townships of Quebec, Dick suffered from itchy feet and wanted to find a way to contribute from an early age. He started his career with the foreign service and had the opportunity to serve in west Africa for a couple of years. When he returned to Ottawa, he served in many of the departments with national security responsibilities - Food Inspection Agency, Citizenship and Immigration, Defence, and CSIS. He eventually became the National Security Advisor to the Prime Minister.
