Sell that was published back in 1964. Spoiler alert, despite the change in technology his writings about basic woodsman-ship and his advice on that subject is some of the most succinct writings on the topic. The book is dense, but I put it up there as a good read for the experienced hunter and the novice alike. Then we dive into the main topic explaining the importance of a personal shot sequence and look at the California Hunter Ed shot sequence, the National Bowhunter Education Foundation Shot Sequence, the USA Archery shot sequence and finally my own personal shot sequence.
